Keep Your Car on the Road for Summer

Important Summer Service Tips

Summer is here, and while we’re all excited, it’s important to keep maintenance in mind during these months. So we’ve compiled a short list to help!

  1. Test the Battery:With the change in weather your battery may lose its charge. Bring it in for a testing at our Service Center to keep you from getting stranded.
  2. Replace your Wipers:Believe it or not, winter can do some damage to your windshield wipers. Stop by our Parts Center to get a new set. The last thing you want is to get stranded in a summer storm because you can’t see.
  3. Flush the Cooling System: While it’s recommended you flush your cooling system about once every two years, double check with your owner’s manual to make sure. Flushing it can remove debris you don’t want in your anti-freeze.
  4. Check your Tires: Tires are one of the most integral parts of your vehicle. Make sure they’re up to standards before getting out on the road
  5. Check your Engine:We saved the most important for last. When it comes to your engine, you don’t want to mess around. Make sure you check all of your fluids to keep it running smoothly.

Summer is a fun time, but car breakdowns and repairs are not. Keep up on routine maintenance to keep your car on the road longer!
